We are developing a drone that can automatically perform security tasks from the air to ease the workload of security guards who patrol campuses and other facilities at night. It is considered difficult to provide security with only one drone at night. In this research, we intend to develop a drone equipped with an infrared camera and a projector to realize nighttime security using only one drone. Using an infrared camera, it is possible to detect people at night. In addition, the projector can be used to project information to people who have lost their way. By combining these technologies, we aim to improve labor shortages and reduce the workload of security guards by allowing nighttime security operations to be completed by a single drone only.
